Welcome to the webpages of the Student Advice Centre! The choices and decisions you make about your accommodation will play a significant part in your university experience- it is, therefore, important that you are as informed as possible when it comes to choosing a place to live. Housing issues can cause enormous problems for students, and it is thus equally important to seek advice when in difficulty. Some if the most common problems include tenant/ landlord disputes, problems with contracts and deposits, repair issues, and eviction worries.
