Most people have a brilliant time at uni, but everybody is likely to experience something that doesn't go quite right during their time here, whether that be having trouble with your landlord, not getting on with housemates, hitting the bottom of your overdraft or wanting to change course.
I'm here to help with any sorts of problems you might encounter, and if I can't help, I'll point you in the direction of someone who can.
Alongside the other 5 sabbatical officers, I represent you, the students, so if you feel that something needs to be changed, or there is an issue you want raised, please come and let me know so that you can have your say. I sit on Union and University committees throughout the year, which is where I can voice these opinions as a representative of the student body, so don't be shy!
I also work with the Campaigns Officer and Welfare and Campaigns (WAC) Committee to organise and promote campaigns throughout the year. If you have any ideas about what you think we should be campaigning about, or if you're interested in getting involved with the WAC crew, let me know.
My job is full time, and I'm here to help as much as possible. You can find me on the 1st floor of the Union down the Student Services corridor. Feel free to pop in anytime, for a shoulder to cry on, a listening ear, to pick up FREE safety alarms, dental dams, lubricant or condoms - or just to say hello!
