Vacancy 5538 - Showroom / Warehouse Assistant

Job description: Required to work for a ceramic tile retailer / distributor. Duties include: customer sales in the showroom, dealing with customers & suppliers on the telephone, a small amount of warehouse work.
Person specification: You need to be physically fit, have a good telephone manner, have good maths skills for working out measurements. A first year student would be preferable. Training is given.
Length of contract: Ongoing

Hours of work: 8 - 10 hours per week
Rate of pay: TBC. Basic + commission

Job description: Retail assistants needed in an independent fashion retail shop in the city centre of Newcastle.
Person specification: Must be outgoing with an interest in fashion and music. Must be reliable and trustworthy. Should have good people skills, be numerate and have a sense of humour. All product training will be given.

Vacancy 5491 - Weekend Sales Assistant

Job description: A shop in the Airport is seeking sales assistants to work Saturdays and/or Sundays to help run the business. Duties will include cash handling, stock replenishment, customer service and other tasks as needed, all in a fast paced cutomer facing environment.
Person specification: Applicants must Currently hold valid UK passport / relevant visa to work in the UK / Photo Driving licence, be able to supply a consecutive 5 yr work history, be able to provide 10yrs consecutive address history, Have a NI number, Be able to make there own way to and from the airport (no transport costs paid for by the company). preferably applicants should be flexible and have some retail experience.
Length of contract: Permanent, all year round
Start date: Immediately
Hours of work: 7.5 hours per week (with opportunities for more)
Rate of pay: £5.13 (18 - 21 yrs) £5.52 (22+)
